Behaviorism is a study of a behavior itself. But there are certain things that we have to be careful about when studying behaviorism. What are the things that you have to remember then? Let's find out.

There are things that we have to remember when studying behaviorism. In an article that I've read, there are people who thinks they're a leader. They want to be in control of everything. From the planning, to making decisions, the leaders are responsible to it. Sometimes, they can be too controlling to the point that they can be so dense of someone's feelings.

With that behavior, they know that they're always right and should be always right. It's not bad though since they're the ones to make the final decision. BUT they should also know how to listen to their members since they also have ideas that they can share thus the exchange of ideas happen.

There are also leaders who can act as like team members where they can cooperate with each other. I myself can act as one of them since in my whole life, I'm a good team member and we should remember that to be a good leader must also be a good member.

These are kinds of behaviors that we should study since we can see the difference with it. Dealing with these behaviors require a study on why they behave like that or why they should behave like that. There are reasons like they want to be dominant all the way or the team members can't follow easy instructions. There are also reasons like because their members can share great ideas to the group or just simply imply teamwork for them to do better.

Before judging these kind of leaders, we must know them better and study their behavior. We can simply say that this person is like this and like that, but we don't know the real reason why did they act like that. Study them first before you judge.
